A .Background
      Guanghua International Education Association carried out the PMI British Prime Minister Plan with UKBC in 2008, whose mission is to improve the international communication and cooperation between the Sino-British colleges. At the end of the 2011 PMI, GIEA developed The Two-thousand Senior Nursing Personnel Training Plan for 2011-2016 with UKBC, and planned to choose one hundred students to participate in the training plan with five British universities in 2012. The Health Ministry Talent Exchange Service Center will issue the Senior Nursing Personnel Certificate for the participants, as well as provide jobs for the returning students to work in joint or foreign hospitals of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

B. The Million Funding Plan
      GIEA will provide two million Yuan funding for the participant colleges, teachers and students. The specific funding will work as follows:
      1. Free from the costs of overseas learning coordination, study guiding, public relations, and other related fees amounting to five thousand Yuan, and will provide subsidization of up to fifteen thousand yuan for China Britain international air tickets, for students who study in England in 2012.
      2. For the provincial finalists of the 2012 National Vocational Skills Competition, they can get priority access to the award of the Million Funding Plan.
      3. GIEA will provide a living costs subsidy for a teacher who goes to England for the project research and has helped send students to learn in the UK colleges (for three months, 500 pounds per month).
