Sixth Stop: Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College

After the tour of the Xinxiang Medical University Sanquan College, the British experts arrived at the sixth stop of the tour -- Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College.

At the ceremony in the morning, the president of the Nursing College of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College, Dean Ni and Dean Lin gave an enthusiastic welcoming speech to the British experts and college representatives, and they also introduced Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College’s teaching situation. Afterwards, from Clarke Anglia Ruskin University, Ms. Gwen Karen Clarke gave an interesting and profound speech on the topic -- Empirical Based Practice, for more than 30 nursing college teachers, which gained high praise from all of them. The participants actively took part in the lecture, had many thoughts and opinions about the concerned problems, and put forward a lot of questions related to Britain Education to Ms. Gwen Karen Clarke. The questions included: the qualifications for British nursing teachers; the student numbers per Instructor; the arrangement of British courses; and the implement of the nursing practice courses, etc. The Chinese and British sides discussed actively on these problems.
In the afternoon, the exhibition was held. The Secretary-General of the GIEA, Gong Lihua enthusiastically gave an detailed introduction on the Britain graduate education programs and the Britain study tour projects to hundreds of teachers and students. The students of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College also actively participated in further exchange with the British experts at their favorite British Universities booths. This show had a warm atmosphere, and the teachers and students participated in the activities actively and enthusiastically.
