Guanghua International Education Association (GIEA) will hold an International Nursing Education Road Show (Britain) from March 4th to 8th, 2013 in China.
This road show has received great support from the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy, and for the first time, will organize more than 10 famous British universities to participate in the Chinese International Nursing Education Road Show. The British Universities will go to Chinese nursing schools to give speeches about the trends of nursing students studying abroad. During the road show, the delegates of the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy and the British Universities will organize some illustration meetings to introduce and explain their nursing degree programs and students exchange programs. The students will be able to communicate and interact with the British universities face to face.
As an authoritative international nursing education organization, GIEA will introduce advanced international nursing education concepts and education systems to China, as well as will promote the internationalization, professionalization, and standardization of China’s vocational nursing education. We hope that this road show will promote the integration of international nursing education.
We will select 2-3 colleges or universities in each province as the main venue, the colleges or universities can apply to be the main venue. The duration will be one day for each venue. We will organize the details according to each venue’s situation.
● The applying colleges or universities should be:
1. Universities, medical colleges or vocational schools
2. The number of the graduates (hospital interns) in this semester should be over 300
3. The participating students should be graduates who’s major is in nursing, and sophomore students (who can interview for the exchange program)
4. Convenient transportation for the foreign visitors.
5. Knowing about GIEA’s studying abroad programs in advance. GIEA could provide the relevant materials (flyers and QR code). After being reported the material numbers needed, GIEA will send the materials to each school.
6. Submit the application form before January 31st.
