The 1st Nursing Education Simulation Training which was organized by the Guanghua International Education Association, which was held in Beijing in July 2013. This training started from the 10th to 13th in July 2013, it includes the innovation in nursing courses setting, the integration of simulation teaching and curriculum, the textbook compilation of simulation scenario, the informationalized applications in Simulation, the different simulation evaluation standards, laboratory management and so on. There were more than 30 nursing professional teachers from Zhengzhou Railway Vocational College, Guangxi Medical College, Wannan Medical College, and Hilingol Vocational College.

On the first day of the training, Professor Shang Shamei and Ms. Wu Xue were our main speakers and gave all the teachers the first lesson. Professor Shang shared the research which was the Consideration of Chinese Nursing Education under the International Situation. In view of the concept of modern nursing, she had analysed the requirements of the Chinese nursing practice. She had also provided information about the development of the nursing education through the study of the nursing conditions of Americaand she had also introduced the "progressive" curriculum model and six dimensions of the practice of nursing teaching.

Ms Wu Xue introduced the way to make a Nursing simulation teaching case template and precautions by using the example named Care of Patients with Acute Intestinal Obstruction before Surgery to teach all the teachers how to solve its difficulties during the process.

Subsequently, Ms. Gong Lihua --- the secretary-general of the Guanghua International Education Association, introduced the International Nursing Curriculum---2013 Sino-British Nursing Education Cooperation Training Program. This program is a basic program model for the future cooperation with many institutions in United Kingdom, American, Canada, Australia and many other counties and districts; in the future, we try to cooperate with them in the 3+1 and 4+1 model which is made for training nursing personnel with the international nursing standard and abilities. Guanghua International Education Association hope to catch this opportunity for helping these vocational colleges to get more information from the international nursing situation and try to meet international nursing skills’ requirements, which is in order to cultivate more international high-skill nursing personnel through the simulation teaching model.
