The final day of the training was on 13th July 2013, which was still in the 302 Military Hospital of China. Mr. Lin gave his analysis and guidance of the previous simulation case design which was took on 12th July, and explained the assessment and feedback of simulation in detail, all the participants had inspired from it.

Subsequently, the president of the Guanghua International Education Association, Ms Lin gave everyone a presentation - Research on Models for Training International High-skilled Nursing Personnel within the Modern Vocational Education System, which is an introduction to international nursing curriculum and its construction. Ms Lin had told about our research projects, research process, research outcomes and objectives, and the construction of international nursing curriculum. In addition, she analyzed the current and prospective nursing education situation in China, it provided new ideas and directions to these all institutions, many teachers expressed their interests on international nursing curriculum.

In the afternoon, Mr. Lin who comes from Taiwan, led two groups for completing the previous simulation case and doing the road play. All the participants enjoyed this training segment; they joined in the exhibition, used the standard patients and played some roles in simulation within the lively and interesting atmosphere and frequent discussions.

Mr. Lin organized everyone together and played their simulations which were designed by themselves. Through this way, to find problems, solve problems, and give teachers the suggestion of their feedbacks. All the teachers participated in this part actively.

Finally, Mr. Lin and Wu Xue discussed the simulation cases together and integrated all the content of these four days training, which was for making a clear framework and process of simulation design.

Through the four days training, everyone expressed that they had a more comprehensive understanding of using simulation in education. They hope to use simulation in their future classes, and wanted to participate in this kind of training that organized by Guanghua.
