The third day of the training was in PLA No.302 Hospital (2013.7.12). PLA No.302 Hospital has the domestic first-class simulation training center and perfection of hardware and software equipment. Before the training, Director Shan Limei and Director Zhang Xiu (work in Digital Simulation Training Center of PLA No.302 Hospital) led teachers visited the training center, all of them showed a lively interest in that.

GIEA invited Pro. Lin Zhewei, the director of clinical skills training center of the Affiliated Hospital of Taipei Medical University, as the guest speaker. Pro. Lin elaborated on the concept of simulation, classification, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages through the form of interactive games that made the speech very lively and easy to understand.

After that, Pro. Lin taught others how to design simulation teaching case, he said a successful case needs to focus on the learning goal setting all the time.

And then, Pro. Lin divided all the teachers into two groups, and let them design their own simulation teaching cases. Group discussion fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the teachers, everyone in deep discussions with others, and completed the design of two simulation teaching case very soon.

Finally Director Zhang Xiu introduced the general situation of PLA No.302 Hospital, and demonstrated the whole process of protective treatment with several excellent nurses of PLA No.302 Hospital.
