(1) 2014 Nursing Licensing Examination Teacher Training
The first day of training started out with Professor Shao Yueying from Capital Medical University. She has many years of experience in teaching surgical nursing curriculum. She explained in detail, her knowledge of surgical nursing and the current situation of the nursing qualification exam. She noted the important testing points, the difficulties of the exam pertaining to surgical nursing, the direction of the topics over the years, the nursing qualification exam assessment standards, and pointed out the 2014 pro forma review of priorities and direction for the fellow teachers. The teachers who attended the lecture listened intently, high-lighted the important content, and eagerly took lecture notes. After the first day of training, the teachers have learned an abundance of information on surgical nursing courses, have a more comprehensive understanding of the testing system, and have a more clear direction on how to teach their students in the future.
第一天的培训首先首都医科大学骨干教师，具有多年考前辅导经验的邵越英教授为在场的各位老师详细地讲解外科护理课程的重要知识点，考点，精讲难点，分析了护士资格考试的现状和历年出题方向，介绍了护士资格考试的评分标准，并为各位老师指明了2014年的复习重点和备考方向。参加培训的老师都认真的听讲，在重要的内容上做标记，并认真做好听课笔记。一天的培训结束后，大家都表示收获颇多，对外科护理课程有了更加系统全面的理解，对今后的教学也有了更加明确的方向。
(2) 2014 Nursing Licensing Examination Teacher Training
Training the next day was conducted by the director of the department of medicine at Peking University, Professor Li Mingzi. She spoke about the content of medical nursing related courses in regards to the nursing examination. Professor Li first analyzed the medical nursing programs over the years, pointed out the important testing topics and focused on sorting out the relevant sections for the teachers to reference. Next, Li Mingzi shared her relevant medical knowledge, gave a detailed explanation of the test themes, and responded to medical care related questions posed by the teachers. As Professor Li’s knowledge was very detailed and useful for the teachers, they listened very carefully to the content and information discussed. During the breaks, the teachers were able to ask Professor Li questions and seek advice.
第二天的培训是由北京大学医学院教研室主任，李明子教授为参加培训的老师讲解内科护理课程的相关内容。李老师首先分析了历年内科护理课程的重要考点和出题方向，并整理出了相关重点章节供在场老师参考。接着，李明子老师针对内科的相关重要知识点，考点进行了详细的讲解，并一一回答了在场老师提出的相关内科护理的问题。讲解全面详细，有深度，有针对性，在场的各位的老师认真听讲，并对重要的内容和知识点进行了讨论。在课间休息的时候，各位老师还针对不太理解的地方向李教授提问，咨询。
(3 and 4) 2014 Nursing Licensing Examination Teacher Training
The third and fourth days of training were conducted by four different professors. The first session was given by the deputy director of the PLA Medical College Department of Nursing and deputy director of the Chinese Society for Geriatric Nursing Care Professional Committee, Professor Wang Fen. Professor Wang has many years of experience in a counseling agency and explained basic nursing courses. Professor Qian Ying conducted the second section of training; she is a well known professor from Beijing Health vocational school who has many years of clinical and teaching work in obstetrics and gynecology. Professor Wang Lixia, Beijing Children's Hospital, chief physician, and former director of the education department, spoke about pediatric nursing courses in the last session.
Professor Wang Shefen shared her knowledge of basic nursing courses and the test topics. She also gave a detailed explanation of the direction of the this year’s test compared with previous years and analyzed some of the previous testing questions. The presence of Professor Wang’s extensive teaching experiences and deep knowledge of nursing received special admiration from the teachers. The teachers said that so far they have learned a lot about the future direction of the examination and understand where they need to focus their teaching plans.
Professor Qian Ying’s clinical and teaching experience was very elaborate, humorous, and focused. Her lecture was praised by the teachers.
Professor Wang Lixia’s lecture on pediatric care was very clear, meticulous, and comprehensive. The teachers listened to her lectures intently as she carefully focused on the examination topics.
第三天及第四天的培训分别有由解放军总医院护理部教授、大校，解放军医学院护理学教研室副主任，中华护理学会老年护理专业委员会副主任委员，具有多年辅导经验的王社芬老师，讲解基础护理课程。北京卫生职业学校骨干教师，多年从事妇产科临床及教学工作，具有丰富的教学经验的钱英教授，讲解妇科护理学课程。北京儿童医院主任医师，北京儿童医院教育处前处长，儿科教育学专家，具有多年辅导经验的王丽霞教授，讲授儿科护理学课程。
王社芬教授针对基础护理课程的相关知识点，考点，历年的出题方向进行了详细全面的讲解，并用往年考过的试题进行了对比举例分析，重点突出，讲解清晰，有条理。在场的老师对王教授丰富的教学经验和深厚的护理知识储备特别的佩服，并表示通过两天上午的学习，收获了很多，对今后的教学方向和重点也有了更加明确的思路。
钱英教授临床和教学经验非常丰富，讲课幽默风趣，有针对性，讲解重点突出，获得了在场老师的一致好评。
王丽霞教授讲课思路清晰，重点突出，对历年的儿科护理出题重点和方向把握度高，讲解到位有深度。在场的各位老师认真听课，认真标记重点、考点。
LWW visits GIEA
On March 24, 2014, Wolters Kluwer LWW publishing group visited Guanghua International Education Association. The president of LWW, Susan Driscoll, vice president, Carlos A. Davis, regional director of Asia, Fanny Wong, China regional manager, Michael Tang and 3 other members attended the meeting with the president of GIEA, Lin Ying and secretary-general, Gong Lihua. The meeting discussion was consisted of future plans for cooperation between the two parties.
To begin the meeting, President Lin Ying introduced GIEA’s ongoing nursing projects, including the comparison of the British and Chinese courses under the international credit mutual recognition system, the comparison of international nursing courses in order to find the similarities and differences between the curriculum and majors, as well as focusing on international nursing programs presented in the form of online micro courses. After Lin Ying’s introduction, LWW expressed a high degree of affirmation; Ms. Susan Driscoll said she was delighted in terms of the progress made in the textbook publishing and construction of professional nursing courses. Both parties was looking forward to further cooperation in network resource development and training of nursing professionals. GIEA also mentioned that they were currently searching for American colleges to take part in an Sino-American curriculum mapping project. Ms. Susan Driscoll stated that LWW would fully support this project and would also involve the National League of Nursing (NLN) to help encourage more American colleges to participate.
In nearly three hours of discussion, the two sides confirmed their appreciation for the achievements made so far, praised the professionalism and dedication of the cooperation, and reached a consensus on matters regarding the LWW proposed contract for the translation and republication of the textbooks. We believe that our joint efforts will provide a complete set of international nursing development solutions for China’s nursing colleges.
荷兰威科出版集团访问了光华国际教育联合会
2014年3月24日，荷兰威科出版集团旗下医疗出版集团LWW总裁Susan Driscoll、副总裁Carlos A. Davis、亚洲区总监Fanny Wong、中国区经理Michael Tang等一行七人访问了光华国际教育联合会（GIEA），与会长林瑛女士、秘书长贡丽华女士以及光华国际交流中心部分成员就未来双方的合作项目及合作领域进行了磋商。
首先由林瑛会长介绍了GIEA正在开展的国际护理课程项目，包括光华前期所做的国际学分一体化前提下的中英课程对比、由对比出的相同点及不同点所形成的国际护理课程以及不同专业方向的课程设置，重点介绍了国际护理课程的呈现形式——微课程。对于林会长的介绍，LWW一行人表达了高度的肯定，Susan Driscoll女士表示，很欣喜地看到自双方合作以来在教材出版、专业课程建设等方面所取得的进展，很期待双方在接下来的网络资源开发、护理专业人才培养等领域的更深入合作。针对GIEA提出的寻求美国社区学院进行中美护理课程对比的问题，Susan Driscoll女士表示会全力配合GIEA与美国相关院校的匹配，并将利用其在美国护理联盟（NLN）的资源来使更多的美国社区学院参与此项课题研究。
在近三个小时的会谈中，双方高度肯定了合作以来所取得的成果，赞扬了双方的敬业精神，并就之前拟定的LWW纸质教材的本土化及再版事宜达成了共识。相信在双方的共同努力下，一定会为全国的护理院校提供一套完整的国际化人才培养解决方案。
2014 Nursing Licensing Examination Teacher Training
The nursing licensing examination teacher training was successfully launched on March 19th, 2014 in Beijing. The training course was jointly organized by the National Vocational Education Teacher Training Alliance and Guanghua International Education Association. The training successfully took place between March 19th to the 22nd.
The first day of training, Zhang Yu, director of the Higher Education Press, gave a wonderful speech about the main contents of the training and gave the teachers a warm welcome.
During the training, Guanghua proudly invited Professor Wang Shefen from the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, Professor Li Mingzi from Peking University School of Nursing, Professor Shao Yueying from Capital Medical University School of Nursing, Professor Wang Lixia from Beijing Children's Hospital, and Professor Qian Ying from Beijing Health School. The professors shared their expert knowledge and experiences on a variety of subjects including guidance counseling, the medical nursing qualification exam, surgery, basic nursing, gynecology, and, pediatrics.
The training attracted participants from Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College School of Nursing, Guangxi Health Vocational and Technical College, Hebi Vocational and Technical College, Changchun Medical College, Xinxiang Medical College and twelve other institutions. Nearly 30 teachers participated in this training.
Through the four days of training, the teachers expressed the benefits they gained. They indicated that they have a clearer direction of what to focus on when preparing their students for the 2014 nursing qualification exam. The teachers hope to become more involved in training courses in the future.
2014年护士执业资格考试教师培训班
2014年护士执业资格考试教师培训班于3月19日在北京顺利拉开帷幕，本次培训班是由全国高职高专教育教师培训联盟、光华国际教育联合会联合举办，从3月19日至22日，共计4天的培训最终圆满结束。
培训的第一天邀请到了高等教育出版社的张妤主任发表精彩的讲话，介绍了此次培训的主要内容，并对参加培训的各位教师表示热烈的欢迎。
在接下来的几天培训中特聘请来自解放军总医院的王社芬教授、北京大学护理学院李明子教授、首都医科大学护理学院邵越英教授、北京儿童医院王丽霞教授、北京卫生职业学校钱英教授，具有十多年合作辅导经验的专家精讲辅导，围绕护士资格考试的内科、外科、基护、妇科、儿科等方面课程开展系列培训。
本次培训吸引了来自郑州铁路职业技术学院护理学院、广西卫生职业技术学院、鹤壁职业技术学院、长春医学高等专科学校、新乡医学院三全学院等12家院校近30位骨干教师参加了此次培训。
通过四天的培训，参加培训的各位老师都表示受益匪浅，对2014年护士资格考试的备考和考前指导有了更加明确的方向，对今后的教学重点和方向也有了清晰的思路，并希望能够更多地参与光华举办的培训班。
