中国护理能力协会是光华护士基金支持成立的非营利性组织，协会主要目标是组织国内外专家构建中国护理人才核心能力模型，并在中国推广、实验相关研究成果，促进中国护理人力资源管理与国际接轨。

 

NAC, a non-profit organization, is launched by CGNF, mainly aims at organizing experts from china and aboard to design models of core competences for nursing personnel, in the meantime, spreading and testing the research outcomes in China so as to make the practice of HR management in China meet the international standards.
